Our reading
This can is sold for ponds and waterfalls, and the maker's sheet lists "Pond, pool and piscine applications" without using the word waterfall. It says mildew and water resistant, which is a weaker claim than the waterproof on the store page, and the gap between those two words is the whole question when the foam is going under water. Pond use is one claim and fish or plant safety is another: the store makes the first, and neither the store nor the sheet makes the second. The UV lines are two claims as well: the sheet says the black color resists sun better than a standard foam, which is about the pigment, and says the cured foam will discolor under ultraviolet light and should be painted for outdoor work, which is about long-term exposure. Both can be true, no exposure test is printed for either, and only the first half reaches the store. The sheet is also the metric one, so the figures a US buyer gets are in Celsius. Separately: 202 ratings and a "100+ bought" badge on the straw can, the 24 oz gun listings had no price on September 7, and the 48-can straw listing changed its title to a single can by September 8, which is a reminder that pack sizes on an ASIN move.
